With most complementary or relevant comments, we can use the comments section as another place to show off our brand TOV. All consumer comments should be at least ‘liked’. Comments should be responded to as much as possible to increase engagements.
Before a response, all comments should be checked against the approved Response Directory. This can be found on the asset bank.
